Obviously,mobile phones have become an indispensable part of people's lives,and the speed of upgrading is amazing.However,mobile phone manufacturers account for a large part of China's economic development and have a great impact on China's GDP.However,due to the introduction of foreign-funded enterprises and the continuous development of the domestic market,the development of mobile phone manufacturing enterprises is facing severe challenges,and there is an urgent need for competitive resources for strategic development of enterprises.Research shows that human resources are important strategic resources of enterprises,and high-quality human resources can often bring a steady stream of power to the development of enterprises.Therefore,in order to promote the development of mobile phone manufacturing enterprises,this study chooses to cut into the recruitment management of grassroots management talents in mobile phone manufacturing enterprises,aiming at improving the overall development of mobile phone manufacturing enterprises by improving the coordination of recruitment management of grassroots management talents in mobile phone manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,firstly,the audit of grass-roots management personnel recruitment management and related theoretical knowledge are inquired,and it is found that the theoretical research foundation in this field is still lacking.However,there is a certain theoretical basis for human resource management audit,which shows that the combination of human resource management and audit has certain research value and feasibility.On the basis of human resource management audit,this paper innovatively puts forward the research angle of collaborative audit of grass-roots management talent recruitment management in mobile phone manufacturing enterprises,and sets up specific audit index system mainly from five dimensions: cultural identification collaborative audit,recruitment mechanism collaborative audit,opportunity identification collaborative audit,information communication collaborative audit and organizational structure collaborative audit,then implements collaborative audit of grass-roots management talent recruitment management in mobile phone manufacturing enterprises,and presents the audit results intuitively by radar chart analysis.The expected result of this audit is to issue a collaborative audit report on recruitment and management of grass-roots management talents for the audited units,which contains the current situation and improvement suggestions of the collaboration of recruitment and management of grass-roots management talents of the audited units,so as to help the audited units improve their existing problems as soon as possible and provide high-quality human resources guarantee for their further development.
