Along with the universities to enhance scientific research strength,the development of the world economy is becoming more and more quickly.Therefore,accurate,timely management and payment of salary,it is important.If the management lay,we may be eliminated by the market.The constant development of information technology has effect too much,to establish an IT-based payroll management system in the current environment of information technology has become a must to enhance corporate payroll management capabilities.Using SQL database query,data query can complete the complicated conditions.But it can only be said and accurate data,not to express fuzzy concept in the natural language.This paper proposed the personnel salary management system based on C/S and B/S structure the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,in order to satisfy the safety of the users system is strong and strong interface design personalized requirements,system uses the C/S mode,using JAVA object-oriented language,in the Windows operating system platform,in view of the specific personnel information database,the personnel salary management system based on fuzzy method is put forward.Because traditional SQL can only say and accurate data,not to express fuzzy concept of the natural language,in order to meet the requirements of fuzzy retrieval,this system is put forward using fuzzy method to complete the fuzzy query,one is to build a new model of the fuzzy database.In the fuzzy database,some field values are fuzzy.When the database entry,blur of data processing,the accurate data into fuzzy data.In the data query,can be directly fuzzy values match.The query method is simple,but need to do additional computational work when data entry,and the determination of fuzzy field value is not easy.2 it is still accurate database establishment,but the SQL language itself to implement fuzzy extension,the query conditions through fuzzy calculation into a range,then precise SQL queries.This method does not increase the burden of data entry staff,and general query,query process operation simple nature,query results are obvious,and the query condition is relatively easy to tools generated automatically and dynamically corrected.The application of fuzzy method greatly improves the retrieval efficiency of the system.The system is divided into several modules:employee data,personnel management,salary management,statistical management and system setting.This system has designed with very good usability,flexibility,security,stability and friendly interface.Personnel Payroll Management System Based on the Fuzzy Algorithm has preliminarily realized centralized management of human resources.It is very important significance to speed up the whole company's information construction.
