Design And Implementation Of Personnel File & Payroll Management Information System Based On B/S Architecture

The 21 st century is an age of information, and the information of enterprise personnel file and payroll management is increasing rapidly. But the former traditional manual processing way and the single management system cannot satisfy the new situation about the needs of the enterprise personnel file and payroll management, because of low efficiency, big workload and so on. On the other hand, a reasonable and efficient management of the personnel file and payroll can not only improve the work efficiency, but also stimulate the staffs’ working enthusiasm. Therefore, an application of the personnel file and payroll management system which can be used on the net with modern enterprise management has become an essential tool.This topic, which was based on an electronic products manufacturing enterprise, used advanced personnel management idea, put human in the first place, and focused on making the best of the both worlds by analyzing the problems existing in the management software, which is aimed at analyzing and improving the demand and function structure of enterprise personnel file and payroll management.This system was based on B/S architecture, adopted the distribution patterns of the popular three-tier architecture, used Microsoft SQL Server as the background database, selected ASP.NET as a Web Server development technology. During development, the software development steps were always followed, namely, field research, personnel file maintenance and time & piece salary calculating demand analysis, process improvement, database analysis, user interface design, the application and compatibility system testing. In the process of database design, the database was set up through PDM diagram. The site look was maintained the style of light, according with the requirements of Human Engineering. In the process of the system test, the test case was detailed and tidy. The code, low coupling and extensibility, was easy to be maintained and upgraded.This paper was focused on expounding the background of the topic on the research status at home and abroad at first, and then carrying on the system requirements analysis and function design, establishing personnel files and payroll management information system, and testing the system with the test case, finally, carrying on the summary and outlook.
