With the development of computer technology, more and more industries begin toconstruct information management system, then, human resources management, as arigorous data management,are always lack of information management, administratorsdon’t have efficient computing and management support systems to assist their work,especially in the management of the accounts of wages. It have not been formedeffective information management methods. Paper-based records management,human-style accounting calculations, which not only increase the difficulty ofmanagement, but also adds to management costs. This is the starting point of this study,the development of the system will be used to assist human resources management torealize the automatic management information.First, the paper discusses the background of this study, the Situation at home andabroad, and research value, analyses the current methods and techniques of developinginformation management system,and then determine the technology which is used tobuild the system and the goal of the system. Finally, planed system development,completed feasibility study.On this basis, combined with the development of specific technologies wecomplete system needs analysis and system design.After a clear needs, we Split the system modules, complete database programming,realize the design. According to the page and logic layer design principles,from thesystem’s data layer, logic layer, presentation layer, respectively expand the specificdesign. At last optimize the system.Finally, this paper describes the system test cases, gives test results. Among them,the threshold test of the system were special focused.The system uses ASP.NET+SQL database technology to process the data logic,packages the complexed wage calculation, realizes automated calculations.And uses the Crystal Reports technology on wage technology data visualization of the statisticalcomparison, enriched computer technology in human resources managementapplications.
