Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, by integrating advancedmanagement theory and information technology,makes it possible for the enterpriseto allocate its resources reasonably and to maximize social wealth. The ERP humanresource management system in China National Chemical Corporation includes sixmodules, namely Recruitment management, staff management, attendance andutilization rate management, training and achievement management, employmentleave application management, and employee self-service management. Therecruitment management, as a core part in HR management, serves as a key inenterprise HR quality and efficacy, for it continuously supplies high quality humanresources.According to recruitment status of China National Chemical Corporation HumanResource Management, this thesis examines the recruitment management systemconstruction and implementation as well as future business requirements based onMVC design architecture and event-driven model. It gives an analysis of recruitmentmanagement from human resources in China National Chemical Corporation, andconducts an investigation into the demand of personnel recruitment management. Thethesis then divides the recruitment management system into recruiting planning,information release, resume management, preselecting and matching, interviewarrangement, selection and employment module, and designs each sub-module. Theresume data analysis function of clustering analysis on resume information isdesigned in the system, the common function module design specially strengthened.The system data maintenance and interface function are also enhanced to facilitate thedata exchange between recruitment management system and other human resourcemanagement modules. System design attaches importance to the architectureconstruction pattern is attached importance to in the development of the recruitmentmanagement system. In the actual design, event-driven and object-orientedconstruction patterns are frequently used.Through the design and implementation of recruitment management, theenterprise human resource management operates well with the recruitment processoptimized, business workload and cost reduced, and the time for vacancies shortened.This design and implementation provides auxiliary information for vacancies, thusenabling the enterprise to further improve the human resource management system.
