At present, most enterprises have used human resource management system (HRMS), but recruitment is still dependent on receiving the applicant's resume, artificial screening. This work is extremely time- and labor-intensive, and the process is based on subjective judgments on the whole, it lacks systematic and standardized. Personnel competency is difficult to quantify, in the recruitment process can not directly assist enterprises to continue to redefine the functions to adapt to rapidly changing market. So explore the systematic, standardized analysis of abilities is becoming more urgent.Despite the small amount of human resources management system of some functional modules based on Extensible Markup Language (XML) as an open data exchange standards, but now there does not exist a unified standard on the Internet for data exchange of human resources management system. However, there is a relatively new research is being increasingly recognized and used, and actively promote them, and that is HR-XML.This study will use the HR-XML standard to change the job-seekers'resume in web-based recruitment site to standard database of human capacity, according to job seekers'ability items and the weights of importance to carry out capacity difference analysis. Recruiter will start a 5-level mechanism for job seekers'resume: the setting of competency difference, knowledge differences, skills differences, abilities differences, other defferences and methods of calculation, to support the personnel selection strategy, and build capacity gap report. This research project build a capacity difference analysis system, designed to simplify the recruitment process, saving time of work, to avoid the personal preferences of manual operation and injustice because of the lack of information. Capability gap analysis system data also be used for education and training in future.This study also provides a new research direction for human resources management system.
