With the continuous expansion of enterprise scale alongside the constant subdivision of operations and constantly updated means of information, the management of the company has put forward higher demands. This project utilized the theory of human resource management, relying on the State Grid Corporation of ERP-HR Human Resource Management Information System and combining with the actual situation of the Fujian Provincial Electric Power Company. The goals of this study were to analyze and design the graduate recruitment process encountered in actual operation, mainly focusing on human resources management. To meet the goals, the object-oriented language UML was applied to complete the system requirements modeling; and SOA architecture was implemented to integrate and reuse of resources so that it is possible to reduce the coupling between the layers and better respond to business requirements with flexibility. This study proposed a graduate recruitment management system with the following main functions:recruitment program management, recruitment process management, contract management, report management, and parameter settings.Furthermore, this study introduced a graduate recruitment management system with specific design goals and then conducted a detailed analysis of the demand on the system, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non-functional requirements. To illustrate the system, case description and the diagrams of the business process, case conceptual class were shown. In the system design, the overall design of the system and module design were examined. For the module design, a process flowchart and class and functional structural diagrams (package diagram) were presented. The design content and designed interface were deliberately described. The database table structure and the entity class and ER diagrams were exerted to explicitly design the database. Finally, the paper summarized this project, focusing on author’s work and discussion of the limitations of this study and further work needed.
