Enterprises today need information foundation in decision-making to remain competitive. With Business Intelligence (BI) applications based on the basic architecture of Data Warehouse, enterprises can enhance capitalization of knowledge to keep up with challenges of fierce competition. For human resources management, cultivation and development of talents stands as the core of human resources strategy[1], as organizers demand a well-adapted organizational system with quick response, in which decision-making based on factual data is the core. This paper, on the reform practice of large-sized SOEs in human resource management, conducts a fundamental research on the basis for human resources and structure of operating system-both the physical level and logic level, with a view to exploring the design and realization of the platform architecture. With satisfying functional demand and performance requirements as the starting point, the project applies the method of software engineering, investigates into the structured storage solution of shared platform guided by WD theory, conducts an in-depth analysis on the realization of "drilling" and "presentation" function-the two core functions of the shared platform, and elaborates on ways to construct a knowledge sharing platform to provide decision-making support for senior management in large enterprises. In this paper the realization of key technology includes three aspects, firstly, the presentation and analysis technology toward XML Model is designed to settle the issue of logic representation and data extraction algorithm for enterprises in data mining of the human resources information system; secondly, the structural advantage of J2EE+Spring+Hibernate is employed in solving the agility demand for customizing presentation layer and data access; thirdly, the operation mode featuring multithreaded execution and batch run of operating statement is applied, to improve operational efficiency of the drilling module, so as to satisfy the need for high load capacity of batch operation in mass data retrieval and statistics during the drilling process. This paper, upon in-depth analysis of requirements, puts forward a technology design plan based on J2EE framework and XML Model architecture. In this paper module analysis and detailed design is conducted in accordance with the functional demand of business, realizing the shared analysis platform for information management system of human resources. In the conclusion, the paper gives a description of the applicable results, and summarizes the advantages and current design defects of the architecture under the MVC (Model-View-Controller) mode, and provides an outlook of the application of Business Intelligence in development of business needs. The paper stands as a sound application of the Business Intelligence (BI) philosophy in human resources management, as well as a valid realization of Data Mining technology in information system of human resources. The platform for data presentation and analysis, based on J2EE framework and XML Model, reproduces the MVC mode’s edge in scalability and reusability, may be of some practical significance and research value in further enhancing human resources development and probing into architecture of such demand.
