Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Human Resource Decision System Based On Data Mining

Development and management of human resource has become one of core content of the enterprise management,from the original only as a tool of human resource management,then can be developed more modules and perfect function of all the personnel affairs processing system,to realize the integration of subsystems,formed a relatively complete set of human resource information management system.In recent years,with the rapid development of data mining technology,more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to make decision through the help of system.Many domestic and foreign research institutions and enterprises have carried out the research on the application of data mining technology and decision support system.This paper introduces the research status of the human resource management system and decision support system,and data decision analysis in the current situation of human resource system,put forward solution to the enterprise human resource decision based on C4.5 decision tree algorithm.Design and implement the human resource decision system based data mining,including business management,data maintenance,and decision analysis report module.Human resource business management module is for business information,stand ardization,provides the main channel for data accumulation;data maintenance and automatic generation to provide standard data for data mining and decision analysis.Build human resource decision analysis report platform with three levels and multi dimensions of decision-making.Use C4.5 decision tree algorithm to build human resource decision tree to display the data logical relation ship.Through WEB data mining,provide effective warning information and decision support for decision makers.The application of this system can effectively support to human resource management busines informationized,data standarded,decision intelligent,and can optimize human resource busines process,improve the efficiency of human resource management,build human resources data center.Through the analysis based on data mining,make data generate value,provide more effective decision support for the potential to enterprise management,to promote the development of enterprise.
