The traditional management system of the company is not flexible, along with our country’scorporate structure and business more and more complex.The advent of the I ntemet age, it gives this situation brings a more effective solution.At the same time, th e development of scientific human resources management is rapid in recentyears, our country enterprise human resources management in the mind at the same time, theman agement model has undergonetremendous changes.However, the enterprise of still our country is in the backward to the need of the era in the development of human reso urces management system,The system design and development, if not to follow, it will seriously affect the enterprise operational efficiency and productivity.In the human resources management science to progress, the development of the human resources management of our country did not keep pace with the times. Part of the reason is that our country enterprise without rapid use of advanced scientific management methods, so that the software design must also follow the actual demand and the actual situation of enterprises to carry out the design. On the other hand, the software design technology in China is still in the age of learning the advanced software design and development, its technology is not perfect and not solid, good design to meet the modern science of human resource managemen t software.I have engaged in the management work, learn from the advanced concept of scientific management, human resources management system design. Human resources management system is divided into8modules:performance management, recruitment management, training management, salary management, employee attendance management, user management, personnel management. Each module has a corresponding function. This paper introduces the system research background, significance and status of research and application at present, clear and the main work of the paper; in business analysis, the problems of the system, the organization, the original business processes were analyzed, given after the transformation of business process; function analysis this paper, through the data flow analysis and data dictionary, the system function, structure function structure of system was given and each functional module; in the data analysis, the paper on the function of the system needs to process data are analyzed, the E-R chart is given to establish a database table structure; finally the paper summary of the research and analysis of the work, and the further work is prospected.
