With the development of Internet and information technology, an electronic solution for human resources management called eHR arised at the historic moment. The emergement of eHR makes the routine work of Human Resource management efficiency greatly, and eHR relief Human Resource managers from cumbrousness daily businesslike work. At the same time, a mass of valuable business data was saved in the system. However, most of eHR systems remain in the stage of transaction processing system. They can't analyze the statistics of the historical data, and far from satisfying decision-making needs of the HR management.Taking the TalentBase platform system which has been designed and developed by software product department of neusoft group as the backdrop, this thesis at first discussed the significance of analyzing the statistics of the historical data for the HR management and the current status and future trends about the development of TalentBase Human Resource Management System. After that, this thesis expounds some solutions to human resource statistics and analysis. Some limitations and obstacles of these solutions were found in the process of enterprise application. Based on the discussion as stated above, the necessity and the significance of design and development a statistics and analysis sub-system upon TalentBase system was determined.After understanding the customers' needs of human resource data analysis, the feature and the model of business data in the TalentBase, this thesis puts forward the human resource data analysis model which meets actual demand of customers. Based on the data analysis model, the overall structure and function modules of the TalentBase statistics and analysis function were designed. Eventually, the statistics and analysis sub-system was developed using object-oriented programming technology. This function solves the problem of history data effectively using and satisfys the customers'demand of the multiple perspectives and multiple hierarchies'analysis to data. Data analysis function improves the application value and the market competitiveness of TalentBase system by supporting decision-making for leaderships of enterprises in a certain extent.Finally the conclusion part is given and the future work is expected.
