The self-service devices are widely used because of the rapid development of financial industry, but the complex types and a large quantity of self-service equipment lead to the security risks during use. Lots of deficiencies occurred in China’s Bank self-service equipment monitoring and management, so that a safe and effective self-service equipment monitoring and management model should be developed to overcome enormous challenges in scientific management of self-service equipment. Normal working and safe operation of Laiwu RCCs self-service equipment monitoring and management system enhances the core competitiveness of banks, so that Laiwu RCCs self-service equipment monitoring and management system are ought to be designed.Struts+Spring+Hibernate framework is used in Laiwu RCCs self-service equipment monitoring and management system and the B/S structure is realized in tomcat server. The steps of system’s developing are traditional. Firstly, requirements elicitation and requirements analysis are done. Then technical architecture and functionality of the system architecture are intended to be well as monitoring management and remote management services are detailed designed. Finally, JAVA language is used to complete the whole system as well as test cases are designed to conduct system testing.Monitoring management, remote management, fault management, terminal management, statistical analysis and system management are deployed in the system. A unified monitoring of self-service equipment is upgraded to help staffs to grasp the real-time information of self-service equipment.Remote control operation is conducted to reduce the workload of workers. Fault management feature serves to detect and repair faulty equipment as soon as possible. Storing historical data that equipment generates, the statistical analysis function helps providing data support for bank’s summary and forecasting.Laiwu RCCs are able to effectively manage the self-service equipment. Users can have real-time status and transaction information of self-service equipment. Fault can be repaired in time. The application of Laiwu rural credit cooperatives self-service equipment monitoring and management system reduces the burden of bank employees as well as improving the work efficiency and quality of the rural credit cooperatives. Implementation of Laiwu rural credit cooperatives self-service equipment monitoring and management system helps promote the formation of unified mode of self-service equipment monitoring management which better serves the banking industry.
