With the continuous advancement of the "Made in China 2025" strategy,equipment assets of manufacturing enterprises are rapidly expanding,and a large number of automated equipment occupy the production line.However,most of the existing information systems of enterprises are customized and developed according to the inherent management mode,and it is difficult to meet the constantly changing new demands.Therefore,this subject is commissioned by Jiangsu Nan Gao Intelligent Equipment Innovation Center to analyze the needs of typical enterprises in Jiangsu Intelligent Equipment Industry Alliance,and designs and develops an enterprise equipment management system based on the SSM Web framework set.Initially,combined with the results of field investigation,the overall demands of the system are analyzed to determine the system positioning.Specifically,UML use case diagrams are applied to describe the relationship between system roles and functional requirements.Furthermore,the non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed from the perspectives of security,system response speed and scalability.Then,the system architecture is selected,and a device management system solution based on B/S architecture and SSM framework is proposed.In view of the complexity of the system data types,three database management systems,My SQL,Mongo DB and Redis,were selected to cooperate to store relevant information of the device,and the My SQL relational database was designed using the E-R graph model and logical data table.After that,based on the modular design principle,the system is divided into five core functional modules,and each module is designed in detail.It includes five major modules:system management with authority control,hierarchical organization management,equipment management at the core of the system,visual report management and data-driven health management.Subsequently,this paper studies the fault diagnosis and condition monitoring technology of mechanical equipment based on rolling bearings.An SVM classification model based on EEMD and improved cuckoo search algorithm optimization is proposed,which achieves accurate identification of fault type.A bearing performance degradation assessment model based on SVDD and adaptive threshold is proposed,which realizes real-time monitoring of bearing working status.The validity of the above model is verified by experimental data.Finally,based on the above research,the corresponding software and hardware systems are developed.The system has been successfully applied to the actual production of a plastics machinery manufacturer and processor,which runs well and realizes comprehensive information management of enterprise equipment.
