With the development of information technology, the network change rapidly, the ATM transaction will gradually replace the bank transactions, become the mainstream channels of modern commercial bank customer service. With the development of financial industry competition, bank demand also changed:hope to integrate different ATM brand machine to run the program, in order to reduce application development and maintenance costs; bank architecture integrated unified demand for self-service channels; need bank self-service more abundant market competition, the development of more flexible; self-help the channel will become the new profit center.In this paper, Shandong Province Rural Credit Cooperatives Lijin agricultural firms self-service equipment monitoring management as the background, development and design of the system, and summarized the existing self-service equipment management of the bank’s problems, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of construction of self-service equipment management system. In actual work, some self-service equipment due to use of poor management and maintenance is not in place in operating efficiency is not high, the function is not complete and customer inconvenience of use case.Self-service equipment monitoring system is mainly to achieve the real-time monitoring of the operation of the bank self-service equipment, Ministry of science and technology, fault SMS alerts, fault statistics and other functions, improve the management of the bank self-service equipment. In designing the self-service equipment monitoring system, using the theory and method of software engineering, starting from the analysis of the system requirements, the system to solve the problem and development goals. By abstracting and extraction of the involved business processes and data service management process, to further determine the self-service equipment monitoring system, the overall structure of the system and software architecture, the division and the design of each function module of the system. Completion of the database logical structure design and physical structure design, the system of key functions, such as equipment acquisition, event tracking and remote control module solution.
