With the financial institutions increasing investment to their self-service banking and automation equipment,self-service banks help banks win the competition to gain a favorable position,expand their social influence,and make them provide customers with more quality self-service.However,self-service equipment has developed so rapidly,as a result,some problems emerge.The quick expansion of automation equipment results in some management difficulties and some potential cost crisis;a great deal of transaction data can not be timely monitored;The security of the equipment has not been timely and effectively supervised;The statistical analysis report which can not be formed in time increases the difficulty of management and decision making.The continuous expansion of the business has resulted in a high cost,long time,low efficiency,and so on.So,Banks are eager to introduce a system of self-monitoring equipment,which has advanced design concept and development technology to strengthen the real-time monitoring and early warning of transactions.As a result,self-help equipment can Improve the ability to control the financial risk and the ability to monitor and analyze the state.What 's more,the utilization ratio of equipment and benefit will also be promoted.After analyzing the current situation of the development of the bank' s demands and the inside and outside the bank self-service equipment monitoring and management,I propose a management system based on the Internet,and core banking network as the basis,to construct a provincial self-service equipment monitoring and management system for the bank self-service equipment engineer,maintenance personnel management staff,vendors,providing them with the concept of operation and management.In this paper,This System will focus on the following three aspects.Fine grain,timeliness and accuracy of the state monitoring of self service equipment : At present,the market monitoring software is to obtain the status messages to reflect the equipment status.However,there are,more or less,some problems about fine grain,state and state response which is not timely.In this paper,System have studied the status of the device in time,which is obtained by the three methods(ATM,ATMP,Agent)?Find it can also be combined with the device's state message and the device to make the innovation to the device status message(timing acquisition of all parts),with the device's transaction message as a supplement(different parts of the transaction message corresponding to different parts o f the state)?In the end,we can solve some problems of the state monitoring of self service equipment: Timeliness,accuracy,fine grainedThe security and speed of self-service equipment remote upgrade :With the rapid development of self-service equipment,the rapid development of industry rules,self control software need to be updated regularly.so,the way which relies on vendor maintenance personnel to upgrade(low efficiency,long time,high cost)can not meet the requirements of current business development.Combined with many years of industry experience,in this paper I studies the way of self-service equipment remote upgrade,through the remote distribution system and self-service equipment control software(ATMC)to solve the industry painful points,to achieve a safe and fast upgrade.Equipment abnormal warning,fault timely notification : In this paper,we introduce the advanced idea of "timely processing,forecast and prevention",and combine the workflow and system of the whole process of the research work and management,to achieve the combination of the flexible and comprehensive information notification.At the same time,the information notification escalation and reminders feature and support equipment maintenance timeliness,increase of tube crew,vendor maintenance personnel tracking and management.The system has been officially put into operation in 100 domestic and foreign banks.It enriches the management means of self service channel;it improves the service level and enhances the social image and influence;it also improves the working efficiency of the bank.
