In the modern concept of urban management,the management of public lighting facilities has become an important part.All kinds of lighting facilities play a vital role in the whole society's daily life and economic development and other aspects,and in the operation of facilities decide on the urban management level.In addition,with the increase in the number of public lighting facilities,the level of energy consumption has risen sharply.Energy-saving management has become an important subject considered by lighting managers.Therefore,the establishment and optimization of urban public lighting equipment management,monitoring and energy-saving mechanism has become an important problem faced by urban managers.At present,in the field,the degree of fine management is not enough,the reasonable means of energy conservation is lack,shortcomings of the lack of convenience is more obvious,so the urban public lighting equipment monitoring system was developed based on those situations.The urban public lighting equipment monitoring system was mainly focused on equipment management and equipment monitoring.Equipment management mainly contained the management of transformer,light pole,single lamp,security,electricity meter and other types of facilities.Transformer management involved the management of transformers and AC contactors.RTU management included grouping,RTU information,parameter setting and other business.Pole management mainly worked for light pole information,light pole model and other facilities.Single lamp management took single lamp controller,single lamp information and single lamp parameters as main components.Equipment monitoring took single lamp and RTU as the core set,and implemented patrol,switch lights monitoring and other types of business.The development and design of this paper applied the cloud platform,.NET winform framework,C#language and other technical forms,and divided the system into four main components,including client layer,application layer,data analysis layer and network layer.The client layer and the application layer mainly provider services for the user,and they were developed by NET winform and C#,and can be showed and managed on GIS map.Data analysis layer was used for data analysis and processing with SQL Server2014 database.The network layer relied on the network and the cloud center.The application of the system conformed to the current social call of energy saving and emission reduction,and the energy consumption caused by the lighting was reduced with fine management.At the same time,the staff can handle the set mode of the public lighting in their area by the platform and mobile APP,so that the work efficiency of maintenance was guaranteed and improved,thus saving maintenance costs.In addition,the application of the system provided a number of convenient conditions for promoting the development of urban lighting industry and improving the use ratio of lighting resources and lighting information,resulting in saving and controlling the costs and expenses.
