With the development of Financial Business, self-service device for bank are widely applied. Their types increasing and their functions strengthened, they play an important role in the financial field. It is an important task for all banks to run and manage these self-service device well. This essay aims to set up a self-service device monitoring and management system, which can monitor the running state of all self-service device and help to accomplish partial remote control (be hereafter referred to as monitoring system ).Device officers can deal with the device through the state display in the monitoring system.The system makes more efficient for the management and maintenance of the Agricultural bank self-service device , and increases the use rate of various self-service device.The main work of the essay includes:Designing and fulfilling a bank sef-service monitoring system.First, adopting Nantian WOSA/XFS as the terrace of ATMC, the system programs through the interface of Nantian IDevice, uses WOSA-standard SP, abtains the running state of various device, and fulfils the irrelevancy of application program and the device. Second, adopting Nantian eFESA as the terrace of ATMP, the system rearranges and saves the data, put the device state data into the monitoring server. Through the system server monitoring , monitoring data can be visited on web, the real-time running state can be monitored. The short messages of the monitoring system transfer data to Agricultural bank short message terrace by files, the technical attendant can get message prompt in time. Finally, data in monitoring server are rearranged and statisticed periodicly, report forms are produced by the form of EXCEL.The bank self-service device are tested in detail.The system are tested in several departments of the Agricultural bank, including 5 main types, 8 model numbers of self-service device such as deposit and withdraw all-in-one machine,cash dispenser,self-service inquiry terminal,web bank demonstraion machine,self-service payment terminal. Each device carries out a transaction such as deposit and withdraw, transfer accounts, inquiry, payment, print, all add up to 30,000 stroke counts. Through the test, the system can meet the need of current daily monitoring.The system was preoperated in the second half year of 2009, it worked normally, it greatly improved he efficient running time and business quantity per device , provided forceful support for the management of self-service device of Ningbo Agricultural Bank, and acquired more economic benefits.The essay helps for WOSA/XFS standard to apply in self-service device, produces referring value for various device monitoring system.
