Archives E-business Research How To Trust Risk Control

With the development of economy, good risk control become the enterprises toseek survival and development of the necessary management measures,specifications of archives management played a vital role in risk control. But withthe development of science and technology, electronic archives managementmode has been produced, it made up for the inadequacy of the current physical filemanagement, risk control of enterprise play an effective role.This paper proposed the implementation of project management mode of electronicarchives, integration and optimization of file data resources, standardized businessprocess and file management, so as to realize the control of the main risk of thetrust company.Analysis of the typical trust industry--H enterprise development present situationthrough this case study, through the case analyzes the risk types andcharacteristics of common industry. At the same time, the combination ofmanagement and the theory of digital archives at this stage of the research at thepresent stage, the case enterprise electronic management problem, and forwardthe solutions and suggestions.This paper analysis method, qualitative analysis method through case, draw thefollowing conclusion: First of all, with the development of the trust industry graduallyrevealed rapid and all kinds of risk, strengthen the archives management is aninevitable trend. Secondly, according to the development progress and thescientific enterprise management mode, the electronic archives will fully reflect thevoucher value of archives and reference value, and will assist the enterprises tostrengthen internal management and operation process of the systematic,standardization. Thirdly, through the file management system to establish aspecialized, and on the basis of existing application system of resource integrationand management, will effectively control the trust industry mainly existing filesecurity risk, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, compliance risk, moral riskand reputation risk. Last and not least, in order to ensure the smoothimplementation of the requirements of electronic files, trust companies takeseriously highly from the thought, overall strategic layout, the establishment oflong-term mechanism, detailed rules for the operation, full participation, from thesource and fundamental constantly strengthen and improve the construction ofelectronic files of the trust enterprise.
