Research On Business Development Of Archives Service Industry

Zhejiang Archives released in 2016,"on the promotion of the healthy development of our province archives service industry views" for the first time put forward the "file service industry" concept.The Opinion states that "the archives service industry is an emerging industry that provides intellectual products,labor service and archives products to the public through modern archival management knowledge,technology and places,equipment and facilities,and is an important part of the archives industry." With the vigorous development of archives,archives and enterprises also play an increasingly important role.Archives service companies covering the archives equipment supplies manufacturing enterprises,archives hosting service companies,archives digital service companies,archives management software service companies,archives display and display business five categories.The business development of archives service companies refers to the innovations in the three aspects of business financing,operations and management based on the scope of their own business operations.The types of services provided by different types of archival service companies are different.Currently,there is a lack of research on business development of archival service companies.In order to better develop the archival service industry,it is timely to conduct research on business development.The data of this paper is mainly from the survey questionnaire of “China Archives Service Enterprise Blue Book Group” on China's archives service industry enterprises.Based on the business operations provided by the archives service industry enterprises,they raised issues from the aspects of business financing,business operations,and business management,and explored solutions to solve the business development problems of archival service companies.The full text is divided into four parts: The first part is to classify the business types of the current file services industry;the second part starts with the macro and micro perspectives.It uses the PEST macro analysis method to analyze the current political,economic,social and technological environment of the archives service industry,and at the same time analyzes the problems faced by the archives service industry enterprises.The third part is aimed at The above issues propose solutions to promote the continuous improvement of business development in thearchives service industry.In the fourth part,the typical archival services company W is taken as an example to analyze the status quo and causes of the problems and provide solutions.
