Design Of Archives Management System

Archives management is widely used in various industries,such as government,medical,banking and other industries.Information technology provides new management model for archives management^[5].In this paper,a management system combined with physical archives and electronic records is studied and designed.Finally,information management of electronic records and physical archives is realized,and it is an effective tool for archives management and archives utilization.In this paper,the archives management software is designed and developed under the method of information management technology and softwareengineering,combinedwiththerequirements ofarchives management.First of all,the situation and the background of archives management are introduced,and then the requirement analysis of archive management is introduced,the deployment of the overall structure and system design of system is designed,use case diagram and sequence diagram are drawn,and a series of Java technology and MySQL database are used.The archives management system is described in two aspects.The first part is the electronic archives management based on the structured information of archives,images and archives.The second part is the physical archives management based on RFID.?1?Electronic archives information management module is composed of archive maintenance,archive audit,archive inquiry and archive statistics.It is reasonable to use open source framework technology,design the database structure of electronic archives,the construction of data transmission and image processing server,implements file upload,image processing,image files and file structured information maintenance,server data sharing and other functions.?2?Physical archives information management module includes four parts:storage,outgoing,inventory,and inquiry of physical archives.In this paper,RFID technology is used,database structure of physical archives management is designed,and the B/S mode is used to implement the information management of the storage,outgoing and inventory of the physical archives.The C/S mode is used to implement the information management of handheld mobile terminal,including storage,outgoing,inventory and query four functions.
