Research On Risk Management Of Police Electronic Archives

Public security archives is an important information resource, which is an important part of National Archives.With the rapid development of the e-government information, the electronic files are also produced. The traditional archive management mode has been unable to meet the security requirements of security management of electronic archives, risk management is a new management concept and management mode of more and more scholars and public security archives management attention.There are many difficulties in the management of electronic records,which are difficult to predict and prevent. I discusses and analyzes the internal relationship between the electronic archives and the risk management of public security, analyzes the possibility and necessity of using the risk management theory and the risk control measures.This paper is divided into five parts: The first chapter briefly expounds the research background, significance, research methods and research status of related topics in public security electronic archives, and points out the difficulties and innovations of the research; The second chapter gives a brief introduction to the connotation and characteristics of electronic file risk,focusing on the characteristics of public security electronic archives and the importance of archival management; In the third chapter, I analyzes the problems and risks of public security electronic archives management from the aspects of system, facilities and management, through the field investigation of the work of public security electronic archives of the D District; The fourth chapter mainly discusses the risk existing in the process of public security management of electronic archives, according to the existing public security electronic archives external environment risk classification,can be divided into environmental risk, technical risk and man-made risk;according to the inherent attribute of public security classification of electronic archives, can be divided into the risk of authenticity, reliability and security risk; The fifth chapter discusses the security of electronic archives risk prevention and control measures, to ensure security of electronic archives security, the focus is to improve the ability of public security of electronic archives risk identification, risk assessment, risk control, pay attention to the cultivation of talents, and separately from the macro, medium and micro three aspects elaborated the public security risk prevention and control system of electronic archives.
