Research On The Changes Of The Archives Management Mode Of The Big Date Era

Not only people’s live style, work and thinking way are changing under the affection of the big data era brings to the whole world, but also the work of archives management. The big data brings new challenges to the capacity and level of the archives department. The research on the changes of archives management mode under the big data era is conducive to protect all kinds of cultural resources of archives, optimize archives business process, excavate archives value-added information, strengthen the archives management institutions function construction and achieve the purpose of promote the development of archives causes.Based on clarifying the related concepts of the big data, this paper summarized relevant literature at home and abroad, analyzed the current academic circles focusing on the content of archives management of the big data era, then put forward the main contents of this paper.The changes of the archives management mode under the big date era mainly reflect on five aspects: the archives management theory system, the archives resources system, the archives utilization service system, the archives security system and the archives administration system. Changes in archives management theory reflect on appearing big data view, big archives view, big service view and big platform.Changes in archives resources reflect on more extensive origin, richer content and various ways of collection. Changes in archives utilization service reflect on the service target, content, method and purpose. Changes in archives security reflect on storage conditions, emergency management, technology means, long-term preservation and information security. Changes in archives administration reflect on archives department’s administrative functions, operational guidance, administrative law enforcement as well as cooperation method.To deal with the changes of the big data era brings to the archives management mode, it’s necessary to seek effective ways to manage archives from broadening the collection category, improving the main construction, changing the acquisition modeand integrating resources to strengthen archives resources aggregation, establish archives resources system for covering the masses of the people. Accelerating the process of resources, opening service idea and developing the service ways in order to innovate service content, perfect service system for convenience of the people. We should implement three-in-one protection method to ensure the security and confidentiality of the archives, which including physical protection, civil air defense and technology strategy. The archives department also need to transform administrative function, intensify administrative law enforcement, improve operational guidance level and strengthen cooperation with the community to enhance archives administration executive ability for establish the pragmatic and efficient archives administration system.
