The Application Of The Key Technology Of Archives Electronization In Guizhou Archives Collection And Management System

With the rapid development of science and the increasingly progress of society,government and the corporate sector pay more and more attention to the problem of growing paper files management.In order to get rid of the paper archives, find difficultly confused,level up delay and low management,Electronic file has appeared.Electronic file and paper file with the same nature,they can provide reference value for activity credentials stored records Compare with paper files,Electronic file has little storage space, a simple way to search, Efficient handling. With the standardized of electronic file application,the research of electronic file and practical exploration has made great progress,also people dependent on electronic files more and more.A series of problems will involve in the process of electronic archives:collecting image information of electronic archives,storaging and using of the electronic archives.To solve these problems, this paper counters respectively criterion for image acquisition (WIA and TWAIN protocol)、image acquisition tools, electronic file storage format and storage methods to deeply analyze and solve problems,ensuring the operation of electronic archives work efficiently.In this Dissertation, the results of research in the process of electronic archives are applied to the collection of archives management system in guizhou, with TWAIN protocol as image acquisition,solved the compatibility problem between different scanning equipment, using EZTWAIN tools to implement the basis of the scanning electronic files quickly and easily, with SecureFile blob fields to store electronic archives information to achieve the low storage capacity, PDF format as the final format of electronic file implements the electronic file easily browse, print and so on. Guizhou collection archives management system has realized the electronic file collecting once, several applications, solved the difficult paper files Shared custody, difficult management.From this Dissertation,we can presume that it is necessary and superior to using Electronic file.
