Design And Implementation Of Thunis Electronic Archives Management System

With the progress of science and technology,in terms of daily records management,we are no longer limited to paper written records.Picture record form,such as gradually to virtualization,network transformation in the form of electronic files,in other words,with the progress of computer technology,electronic archives gradually entered into our daily life,we no longer need to browse through a large number of file archives,and only need by hitting the mouse can view the information to need,such not only saves time,energy,and greatly improve the working efficiency,at the same time convenient for the management of archives.In this paper,combining the actual requirement of enterprise archives management now,the traditional archives management network,establish a public archives service system,through the service system,form a file resource sharing platform,to meet the needs of the enterprise daily work,the electronic file.So the electronic archive management system is designed.This paper introduces the key technologies of system,the overall design process,and system implementation,and test cases.Based on LDAP technology,J2EE platform,using the user-defined Structs framework for specific system implementation.This paper designed and developed the following function modules:file management,file management,utilization and system maintenance,as well as the file query,data maintenance,statistics,permissions,parameter setting,studying and borrowing management,identification of destruction and cd-rom production,etc.After the system test,the system runs stably can satisfy the enterprise daily management unit,ensure the implementation of the system.Experiments show that the electronic archive management system can be implemented,the security and reliability of electronic archives management;The realization of flexible,convenient management of permissions,and at the same time meet the needs of all kinds of different business archives management process.
