Design And Implementation Of News Client Application Based On Windows Phone

In recent years, as the mobile phone media becomes more and more prevalent, e-books, mobile news, magazines and other emerging e-reading models has deeply integrated into people’s life. Through the mobile media, the traditional reading habits are quietly undergoing changed, replaced by mobile, digital mobile phone reading gradually.According to the change of reading habit, this project is based on the development of News Client, in order to satisfy the demand of news information acquisition by the news consumers. Firstly, this paper introduces the status quo and requirement of News Client, and then introduces the related theory and technology of the system. Secondly, this paper describes the design, framework and implementation of the system. Thirdly, this paper expounds the construction and the development of the system. The system is based on Windows Phone8.0, with Microsoft Silverlight Framework. The database is MySQL5.0. Through the software requirement engineering, demand and systematic analyses of the client are processed.Using python reptile, the client let the news consumers receive "what’s new" in real time and update automatically. By downloading the News Client, the consumers can read at any time, get the high quality of the latest news and information from major web portal. At the same time, this client can offer convenient, piecemeal and active information to the consumers. In short, this client has positive meanings of improving the user experience and Windows Phone development.
