The Design And Implementation An University Human Resource Managerment System Based On Cloud Storage

Combining with the cloud storage technology, through analyzing the structure,features, present situation and question of the human resources management system inour university, this paper puts forward an university human resource manager systembased on cloud storage UHRMSCS. Specific researches include follow contents.(1) Introduce and explain the related design technology of ASP.NET，MicroSoft.NET and ADO.NET necessarily.(2) Analyze the present problem of university human resources managementsystem: unification problem, regulatory problem, stability problem, format problem;elaborate the business needs and user demand of the system: training management,personnel management, salary management, logistics management, the achievementsmanagement, educational administration; give the design principle of the system, andmodel the system language with UML.(3) Design an university human resource manager system based on cloud storageUHRMSCS, which mainly includes three key branch: the development technology(UHRMSCS development module), storage technology (data stored in jiujianguniversity private cloud) and management technology (UHRMSCS managementmodule). Design principles include thin client, scalability, the development ofstandardization, database security and unified interface. The architecture includes sixcategories of key technology: the system security, communication protocol, unifiednamespace, access and load balancing scheme, node to join and cancellation, mistakesregularly agreement. System functions include: name space management, filesmanagement, files block management, metadata management, server load ofequilibrium data block, request interception, request processing and so on.(4) Construct the operation environment of the system UHRMSCS, provide asimple and brief introduction on interface design, database structure and systemfunction module, and illustrate the key realization technology of UHRMSCS. In which,the database entity object concldes college staff entity, college department entity, system user entity, file transfer entity, notice the information entities and college regulationsentity, etc.(5) Analyze and test the UHRMSCS, which is designed and realized on Section3-4,from the five aspects: system scale, service performance, reliability, the data consistencyand gateway performance, the experiments show that the reliability of proposedUHRMSCS can get a degree of guarantee, system scale is moderate, serviceperformance is superior, the data consistency is good, the gateway has excellentperformance, security performance is perfect, general performance is good. In general,UHRMSCS reaches the design requirement.
