Personnel management aspects of the work which is essentially the personnelinformation system management information. The system mainly with ASP.NETtechnology. NET Framework platform to complete the creation of the initialdevelopment tasks, and the use of the C#language to achieve complete. The systemalso uses ADO.NET technology, not just to rely on a simple link between the databasefor data with complex relationships with very high levels of inclusiveness role; and takeadvantage of this development model helps to reduce the system development processin order to reduce unnecessary expenditure in the use of software maintenance costs, tosome extent, the software features for data portability and scalability of the software hassome of the characteristics of the improvement, both to improve network performance,software developers can also enhance the efficiency of labor and also reduced thesoftware development cycle; and ASP contrast, the configuration application ASP.NETsafety performance is high. The system’s database usingSQL Server2005database operating system.The main function of this research is the organizational structure of colleges anduniversities, employee information, employee assessment and employee labor and other projects for integrated management. Through this design and research of hope for theschool leaders and managers in the human resource management and decision supportto provide data on the basis of relevant data can simplify the personnel department ofstatistics and reported to work for the college lay the foundation for the progressiverealization of the paperless office, to achieve University Human Resources data sharing,improve work efficiency.
