As an administrative institution directly under provincial government management, Guangdong Province Nuclear Industry Geological Bureau is mainly responsible for the management of nuclear geological prospecting works assigned by the nation and Guangdong Province, while also provides uranium resources support for the development of our country and Guangdong province. At the same time, we engage in the management of the nuclear industry radioactive secondary metering stations and radioactive substances, materials, and military nuclear facilities (uranium geological prospecting) decommissioning operations. We also participate in natural radioactive investigation and evaluation of the ecological environment, as well as its management, protection, and monitoring work. The Bureau offers11departments. In recent years, to actively answer the call of the provincial government on accelerating the process of e-government and paperless office requirements, we have established office automation system (hereinafter shorted for GN OA system), and realized preliminary paperless office.OA system mainly adopts high-tech modern office equipment and electronic information technology to form human-computer information processing system, thus the efficiency and quality of office can be improved. OA system consists of five components:office staff, offices, network environment, office equipment and office information, etc..As an emerging discipline, office automation has been basically developed, which covers a wide range of subjects, such as behavioral science and management, computer science and communications technology, ergonomics and systems engineering, etc. Currently, computers are widely used, thus electronic information technology get popularized by office automation. Meanwhile, office automation office is also a tool for information processing, which enables a higher efficiency and better quality, making a superior office environment. Convenient working conditions ensure office automation be more scientific and reasonable decisions to make.Document transmission system is a very important part in e-government, while document management is an important component. The system realized electronic document management, which means we can use electronic writing in lieu of manual drafting methods, thereby enabling automatic document processing, electronic document storage, improving document utilization, and facilitating registration and maintenance, query and filing of the document.Microsoft developed new products and technologies called NET. As a new computer platform,.NET Framework simplifies the design of the application from all aspects under the Internet distributed environment., ASP.NET is the core technology to.NET platform when processing B/S structure design. While in dynamic Web applications,.NET is a new development of technology to offer a more flexible space and provide various application performances for developers.This paper introduces the development of document transmission system and its key technology. Development and implementation of typical document transmission system are also involved, as well as the design of GN OA system document management program based on NET technology, and design, development and implementation of the system.
