With the advent of the information age,advanced information technology and management concept is widely used in various fields of social development,office automation system(OA)as an important application in the field of management information,organs,enterprises,institutions such as widely used,greatly enhancing the business to deal with office efficiency and quality,so as to realize office automation processing not only effectively will loose a lot of manual labor,and for the scientific management and decision provides effective means.Through the based on Intenet/Intranet technology,based on the concept of workflow engine,J2EE framework,and other advanced technology network database system makes the enterprise internal and external enterprise and between personnel easy and convenient access to information sharing information,business efficient team work,cross-platform operation,realize rapid,comprehensive information collection,information and processing,for enterprise’s scientific management and decision provides powerful support scientific basis.This thesis based on SSH framework around the synergy of OA system of basic technical frame,is closely related with the J2EE,Struts,Servlet,JSP,Ajax,MyEclipse,Tomcat,Oracle technology or software product system introduction;And a certain industry training institutions collaborative office(OA)design and realization of the system as a case,according to the software engineering implementation ideas for business requirement analysis,system design,software development,testing and analysis process,preliminary realized based on SSH framework of small training institutions collaborative OA system construction,the development of a document management,teaching management,employment management function,B/S structure of network database system,the establishment of a one-stop collaborative office environment,and provide the agile open management platform,to realize real-time communication within the organization,improve in enterprise focus on daily office efficiency and controllability,strengthen the team cooperation ability,is the enterprise to improve organization overall operational capacity and real-time management ability,dynamic strain capacity and open extension ability play an important role.At the same time,this research also hope for similar institutions and related work to provide some beneficial information for reference.
