The Design And Realization Of The Staff Training And Evaluation Management System Of Xinjiang Institude Of Engineering

The information and management system for the training and evaluation of Xinjiang Institute of Engineering has not been established. The evaluation and management information is still recorded by manpower, which is of low efficiency, and there always exists nonstandard conditions in the process. The establishment of the Staff Training and Evaluation System of Xinjiang Institute of Engineering will contribute to normalizing staff training procedure, widening the training content and improving the training efficiency and finally achieve the aim, namely, enhancing the political caliber and professional abilities of the whole staff. In the meantime, through the analysis of training information, it is conductive to helping the institute leadership to deepen the acquaintances of all the employee’s abilities, and to assist in enacting future development policies of the institute.This paper adopts the web development technology of Apache+PHP+Mysql and ThinkPHP frame of MVC structure, and exploits via standard B/S structure software development procedure. On the basis of open source Think PHP frame, the system designs database and optimizes functions further, exploits online training and online test. At the same time, the security of the system is optimized via technical means.This system uses the method that administers input the information of employees to prevent false information and foreign staffs from sneaking in. Users can attend online training via video classes, online depository and Q&A section. Meanwhile, users can solve problems online and self-check through internal databases of the system. This system also contains offline training and evaluation management to input offline training attendance and results, along with performance assessment information of employees. With synthetically analysis of online and offline training and evaluation information, it is beneficial to know employees entirely. Forum is also embraced in the system to be convenient for communicating and sharing among staffs and interacting between tutors and students.In this paper, the established Staff Training and Evaluation System of Xinjiang Institute of Engineering has undergone system testing. The result shows that the system has realized main function and friendly interface. Its security has reached the design requirements. The system performance can cover the needs of common users. The Staff Training and Evaluation System of Xinjiang Institute of Engineering is ready to be applied to practice.
