Design And Implementation Of A Business Training Management System For Bank Staff

With the advent of the twenty-first Century, the information era has quietly come to us, and quickly becomes the mainstream of the times.Many banks are training their employees with a variety of measures to ensure them to adapt to the new environment and new business,to become the qualified employee of the need of bank’s development. This paper studies which method of information technology will take to achieve more efficient, more high quality, large scale, low cost way of training. This paper focuses on the research of the application of information technology in business management training employees in banks On the basis of a state-owned bank training content and method of management of now employees This paper will make a method of system’s development by invesligating the requirements of employees to training management system.which will help lo design the system of employee training management of Bank. In order to realize the process of the bank staff training management information, integrated, high efficiency goal. the system information into the process of bank staff training in business by the analysis of bank business, organizational structure,staff training nccds,and network environment and the application of the development of software development’s technology and the reengineering of bank training business. The entire system function and the role of user are analyzed in detail on the basis of the process of demand’s analysis. This paper will design divided according to the analysis of requirements. In the process of designing system, it designs the system in details ami lists the main method,structure frame and E-R diagrams which the system uses. In the process of implementing system, the software architecture that the system uses is B/S (Browser/Server) and the database is SQL Server 2005. It realizes each functional module according to the Web page programing and the preparation of Iht-database stored procedure.System design is completed,it will test the system in comprehensive way so that it can get a satisfactory result.The development of the system based on.NET technology platform, using C# language development, the system design using B/S structure mode. It achieves a variety of function according to use the IIS server environment and the existing network. After completion of system design,it will check the function whether it is completed by testing.
