Research On Schedule Management Of Qingdao Radio And Television DL Computer Room Construction Project

As a mass media,radio and television not only become an important bridge linking the party and the people's government,but also an important way to enrich people's spiritual life.With the national government departments attaching importance to broadcasting and television,cable digital television construction project has become an important part of the current broadcasting and television industry.Especially in the construction of cable digital TV room,how to make the project schedule and implement monitoring to ensure the project completed on time has become the key to the success of the project.This paper studies the construction project of DL computer room in Qingdao,and finds out the main problems affecting the construction progress of the project,including the division of responsibilities,planning,construction management and the coordination of progress.In view of the problems existing in the project,this study firstly uses the relevant project management theory to optimize the project schedule from three aspects:organizational structure,work decomposition and responsibility allocation;then,according to the project schedule,the project milestones,network diagram plan and Gantt charts are used to manage and control the project schedule.Finally,from the five aspects of project organizational measures,technical measures,this paper puts forward the relevant measures to control and optimize the progress of the project to ensure that the project is completed on time.Through the combination of theory and practice,this paper draws the relevant conclusions of DL computer room construction project schedule management,and puts forward the future prospects of this study,which has a certain reference for computer room construction project schedule control.
