Research On The Progress Management Of The Computer Room Construction In Jiangsu Realtime Database CO.,LTD

With the advance of information technology,computer rooms are becoming more and more important.Whether the construction of machine rooms is qualified is directly related to the safety of information,research and product development.In Jiangsu Real-time Database CO.,LTD(referred to as Real-time Database)computer room is the key node of data center's switch and network data storage.In order to optimize the allocation of resources,this paper researches the company's schedule management of the switching of data room according to its the characteristics and project cost saving principle,using project management technology and method,to complete the data center project with high quality and high efficiency.This paper uses WBS(work breakdown structure)method of task decomposition to the data center project,uses responsibility assignment matrix form to clear division of labor responsibility,determines the project in each work order through the construction technology to estimate the work duration.CPM(CPM)technology is used to develop project milepost plan,drawing double code network plan.Through the sub project time to project network diagram calculation,the minimum total time difference is found and the key path is determined and the project implementation schedule of the computer room is made.The development of the project implementation schedule is in detail arranged for project schedule.Inspection process and influence of the project on the actual room issues are analyzed,taking corresponding measures to effectively control the project progress.Especially for the key part of the project work,the rational allocation of project resources ensures the project total goal.In this paper,through the research on schedule management of the computer room,the researched solution can be used in the project implementation schedule management strategy,but it's limited by lack of experience and more projects,and many topics still need to be improved.Anyway,it can provide some references for the computer industry project.
