| The software industry has witnessed a rapid development in the21th century and it is an urgent issue to solve problems like how to make effective software process to reduce the resistance in the software development process and finally develop high-quality software systems in accordance with the budget and the time cost. However, the formalism is rampant in the implementation of the CMMI model. In addition, the philosophy of not acting according to rules is also prevalent in the practice of the agile CMMI process.This paper comes up with an agile CMMI-based software process improvement method by analyzing the disadvantages of both the traditional method and agile method. Based on the CMMI agile model; cutting through appropriate to adapt to the practical mature level. At the same time, improve certain related process in CMMI to adapt to the practice of agile model, making the software system agile and standard. In the end, the author summarizes the software process improvement method based on CMMI through concrete project conclusion and thus provides practical experience for further research. |
