Research On Process Improvement Of S Project Based On Agile Development Method

For software development projects,due to the lack of flexibility in the traditional waterfall development model and the difficulty of adapting to changes in demand,more and more companies are adopting the Scrum agile development model.Agile development can quickly adapt to changing needs and quickly help teams develop high-quality and efficient software products.However,from the waterfall mode to the agile development model,it is necessary to transform in the project management and development process.The change of project development and management process is a very important content.This paper combines the traditional waterfall model to develop an S project with an agile development model to improve the process for in-depth research.According to the theory of agile development Scrum method and taking the S project of Z Company as a case study,this paper traces the whole process of S project improving the execution of Scrum agile development mode,analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation of agile development Scrum method of S project,and provides corresponding solutions.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of the current status of Scrum agile software development in S project.In order to fully understand the problems in the S project Scrum agile software development process,three rounds of expert questionnaire surveys were conducted using the Delphi questionnaire survey method.When the questionnaire results were stable,14 questions were summarized in 5 aspects.(2)Identification of the core elements of the S project Scrum agile development process.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze the weight of the 14 problem elements,obtain the weight table of the problem elements,and evaluate the problem elements,pointing out the missing and redundant links in the S project Scrum agile software development process.(3)S project Scrum agile software development process management optimization.Combined with the core idea of Scrum agile software development,the eight optimization principles are eliminated,and the horizontal and vertical optimization are carried out under the guidance of the principle of measurement.Improve the various aspects of the Scrum agile software development process horizontally and introduce the Agile Committee and Process Improvement Team.In the vertical direction,four optimized routes are summarized and optimized separately.Finally,the safeguard measures for the optimization scheme are proposed.This paper proposes to solve the problems encountered in the implementation of agile development Scrum method in S project,and has been verified in the actual development process.The research results of this paper can be used for reference in the traditional software development projects.
