| With the rapid development of IT and Internet industry,the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.The traditional development model cannot cope with the rapid change of market demand,and the agile development model can better adapt to the rapid change of demand.In recent years,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises choose the agile development model,which advocates sustainable development speed,focuses on rapid market response capability,and can respond to changes in customer needs in a timely manner.Most companies have encountered many obstacles on the way of agile transformation,including those about quality management,risk control,requirements management,etc.These issues are directly related to the success or failure of the project.In this paper,we select the project of developing a technology journal website for company W as an example,and use the cause-effect analysis to sort out the factors affecting the project quality and determine the root causes.The root causes of project quality include:improper requirement control,confusion in project version control,poor interface between upstream and downstream systems,and poor cross-departmental collaboration.Then,through quantitative analysis by questionnaire analysis method,combined with CMMI quality management model,several processes need to be improved,and the main improvement solutions include:requirement control improvement,continuous improvement of organizational structure and version control improvement.At the same time,this paper also discusses the similarities and differences between the agile development model and CMMI,as well as the advantages and challenges that the combination may bring.Finally,this paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of combining the agile development model and CMMI by tracking and analyzing the practice of the improvement program.The research results show that combining agile development model and CMMI can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of software development,which is of positive significance to promote the development of the software industry.The purpose of this paper is not only to help W’s agile R&D team provide an optimized solution for controlling project quality,but also to provide more reference value for similar agile project teams in other software companies to control project quality. |
