Based On The Research And Realization Of CMMI Project Management System Combined With Agile Development

We have stepped into the mobile Internet era,quick fish prominent feature,accompanied by the popularity of Agile model.CMMI model is suitable for small team development,Agile development is to meet the requirements of CMMI implementation and other issues in the industry has been a major controversy.As two kinds of process improvement model or methodology of Agile and CMMI,for we are engaged in the small and medium-sized enterprise application software development,how to effectively combine,by fast response demand can do continuous delivery,which can play CMMI mature process predictability and the characteristics of management,has very important practical significance.This paper is based on the introduction of the CMMI and Agile model theory.Through comparative analysis of the respective advantages and disadvantages of CMMI and Agile,it tries to find a combination of application guidelines with strong applicability.Through the feasibility analysis and the agile design aspects of the project,the CMMI is planned in detail.Project management system and agile development plan.In the project practice,the background,objectives,constraints,and tools used were described in detail.Taking the official vehicle dispatch service platform project as an example,the feasibility of combining the two models at different levels was practically implemented.Finally,the two models were used,which was summed up for future work.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1).The feasibility study of agile project management under the guidance of the CMMI system.2).The iterative development mode of Agile's development process achieves the effect of improving CMMI efficiency.3).To build a unified Dev process control platform moreover collect process data,optimize the data recording process of the original CMMI system,improve the status of process data analysis and extraction difficulties.
