The bottleneck showed in these prospects urgently eager for optimization and reformation.This article analyses the existing problems of traditional CMMI in firm software developing progress and the pros and cons of Agile thought in software development and practice. Based on the comparison of two models, the paper concludes the feasibility and value of their integration. Given CMMI and Agile developing plans, integrate the traditional method with Agile thought, encourage their mutual complement, based on the practical situation and the difficulties encountered, Agile the CMMI progress, selectively adopt the suitable Agile thought and practice.Finally given the project case of product-line of transmission integrated network management system developed by ZZNode.inc, introduce and analyses the commercial surrounding and problems have to be solved in 2010 project operating.
