The Optimization And Improvement Solution Research Of ZH Company For Software Research And Development Project Management System

At present,China's software industry is in the process of rapid development.For domestic software companies,how to combine their own business characteristics and management needs,to introduce advanced and efficient management methods,and to sort out,optimize and improve the project management and R&D management system is a continuous and important issue for the enterprise.Taking ZH company as an example,this paper first introduces and analyzes the development and the characteristics of the enterprise,and the problems existing in the construction of the project management system.And then based on the representative CMMI model and the agile Scrum method in the field of software engineering,from the perspective of project management,it analyzes how the enterprise should optimize the existing management process,and re-designs the enterprise R&D project management system based on the characteristics of the enterprise.It not only considers the requirements of meeting the latest version of the CMMI model,but also integrates the core elements of agile Scrum.This solution provides a theoretical and practical guarantee for enterprises to effectively establish an effective project management system.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the new institutional system,this paper also describes the implementation plan and supporting practices for the introduction of the new system,as well as the strategy of using statistical techniques to improve the process capability,which provides a powerful guide for enterprises to implement the system.
