Design And Implementation Of The Whole Life Cycle Management System Of Classified Documents

With the development of the technology and the growth of the scale, thecompetition among the enterprises is getting more and more intensively with theincreasing staffs. Thereinto, the files are also growing exponentially. The file is animportant data within the competitions and activities of the enterprises. If these data arerevealed to those competitors, it will bring incalculable damage to the enterprises.Considering the business particularity of the secret units, how to design and build a safe,efficient, reliable and controllable secret information system with the advancedtechnology is a critical issue for the security and confidentiality construction.This thesis focused on the cloud file security management system (CFSMS), whichis based on the TCP network communication technology, a secret documentmanagement system built in the Internet environment. The system used C/S structuredesign, the main module is divided into centralized control platform services, client anddesktop terminal Document Protection section.This thesis worked on CFSMS system for its demand analysis, technical routeselection, module design, business process design and user interface, and offers thesystem test results. This thesis designed the three-tier architecture based server, theclient is based on MVVM design, and the privacy protection is based on the systemdrive development, which solve the technical difficulties of the system architecturedesign and the module, as well as the technology selection of the document protectionfeatures and the implementation of the code. Finally, it showed the system achievingresults in a graphic and text way to demonstrate the test data in tabular forms. In the testresult, the prevention of screen capture and record, editor protection and other filesecurity features are all met the expected demands, so as to the response time and theuser IIS.
