Based C / S Structure Of The Document Management System

With the enlarge of school's scale, Management is more and more scientific and canonical, the number of document becomes so large and the management task of document becomes heavy increasingly. The aim of developing the management system of document is using the modernized efficient management mode instead of the manual mode. The system is based on the Customer/Server. Former employs Visual basic 6.0 while latter database use Microsoft's software SQL SERVER 2000. The management system of document is chiefly divided into ten modules. Include management of system, management of document, management of data, management of user, maintenance of data, statistic of report forms, tool, window, view and help.First of all, key technologies are introduced and then introduced how to analyses and design the system Finally, the principle, the function and the technology of database design demand analysis, frame design of system, document management, user management, statistic of report forms and so on, are introduced detail. The code of main technology is also explained. The program of server chiefly uses the view to predigest the manipulation on data for user and realize that different users can see different or same data volume in different ways. In order to ensure the coherence of data, besides using the Primary key, foreign key, rule is also used to further restrain the coherence.
