In a cellular mobile communication system, a mobile station and the mobile stationare connected to the bridge center, and its position is extremely important. Number andlocation of the base station is fixed under the premise of the base station subsystem,soperformance of the components determine the quality of a cellular communicationsystem. Therefore, how to ensure the long-term security and stability of the base stationhas become a form of modern mobile communication network an important part.Sichuan Mobile Communications Company ’s base station subsystem and thecentral office based on their business needs, must be a long uninterrupted run, in theopen air in the work environment of the base station by the various forms of pollution,especially BTS transceiver has long been dust, corrosive gases oil and other kinds ofpollution. Resulting in frequent alarm equipment, and the emergence of data loss,malfunction of the soft error occurs failure to bring unnecessary maintenance personnelworkload, resulting in a waste of resources for maintenance, and even lead tosignificant communication failure due to lack of maintenance of power can noteffectively. On balance, the company decided on the communication device chargedcleaning.Charged cleaning high risk of successful implementation of its effect seems to bedirectly proportional to the industry is still in a stage of rapid development, the marketis not mature, its main application in the industry is the telecommunications industry,enterprise strength varies, most of the companies are not engaged charged cleaningtechnology and strength of such enterprises engaged in high-risk, technically demandingcharged cleaning operations, is likely to lead to accidents. Moreover, these incidentsare not only Guaranteed under the premise of safety equipment, reduce equipmentfailure rates, prevent aging and corrosion and prolong life, the effective maintenance ofequipment, greatly saving replacement parts frequency, time, manpower and materials,thereby saving maintenance costs, lower operating and maintenance costs.In the charged cleaning project progress control on the use of project managementschedule management tool-network planning techniques in the critical path method todetermine the critical work of the project to ensure its implementation process of the project to focus attention, for a limited period period to prepare in advance areasonable and economical schedule for the projects as a basis for the entireconstruction process of supervision, inspection, guidance and correction. But also fromthe quality of projects, investment and progress of the implementation process of thetarget control each other into account, to avoid the simple pursuit of a single goal, andthe impact of other aspects.Regarding the risk control of the project, we use a project management tool-AHP,from risk identification, risk assessment, risk analysis, risk control,these four aspects ofrisk management various points to find out the key points of risk control, the progressof the project risk management.
