Design And Implementation Of Shanghai Huizhong Ltd.Production Equipment Management System

Production equipment is one of the most important business resources of manufacturing enterprise, equipment management is also an important foundation for large-scale manufacturing enterprises to conduct superior production and products diversified strategy. Hence, many domestic manufacturing enterprises has been working on establishing scientific equipment management and combines with advanced information technology to make it more convenient and high efficient.This thesis discusses the design and implementation of Shanghai Huizhong Ltd. production equipment management information system according to the company’s real demand of production equipment management. First, it summarizes related management theory and software technology principle. Then, it discusses the system’s main function requirements, including production equipments’basic data management function, running management function, maintaining management function, and cost management function, etc. it gives the system’s main software frame, database sub-systems and design scenario of the main function units. At last, it discusses the system’s programming implementation and testing, and gives summarization with the view of software technology and application.This production equipment management system uses client-server structure, client platform is Windows, server platform is Oracle Business relational database server, main business processing functions which based on relational database programming technology stores and runs in the database server.
