In recent years,with the popularization and application of mobile communication technologies,mobile communication terminal devices such as mobile phones have become a must-have item for people's daily life.The use of mobile terminals to pay for goods or services has become an important branch in the field of financial payment because of its many advantages,such as convenience,timeliness and easy storage.At the same time,mobile payment near-field identification technologies such as NFC,Bluetooth and other related industries are also developing rapidly.Therefore,in order to obtain the necessary conditions for survival in the market competition,enterprises must shorten the R&D and production cycle of products,improve the service and quality of products,and meet the needs of customers and the market.Project schedule management is an important part of project management.Especially in the process of new product research and development,due to the changing customer needs and market environment,whether the research and development of new products can be completed quickly and high-quality,so as to meet the needs of customers and the market,to a certain extent,plays a decisive role in the success or failure of the project.This paper takes XM company's mobile terminal near-field identification equipment R&D project based on micro-base station as the engineering background,uses the related theory knowledge of modern project management field,combines the actual project of project research and development,and starts with the development history and research status at home and abroad.On the basis of introducing the related theoretical system and project overview,the project schedule and control are studied in depth:Using milestone method,WBS decomposition method and critical path method to compile the project schedule benchmark plan;using the vanguard line method to check the project schedule,analyzing the factors affecting the project schedule,and finally using the critical chain method to advance the follow-up project schedule plan.It has realized the effective control of the overall progress of the project,explored a set of scientific and applicable methods and processes of the project progress management system,and ensured the smooth progress of the project.
