With the intensification of competition in the mobile phone market,various brands pay more and more attention to the quality of mobile phones,win the reputation of consumers and occupy a larger market share.As a process before packaging,mobile phone appearance cleaning and inspection play a very important role in screening the mobile phones that eventually flow to the market,so as to prevent the mobile phones with dirty or defective appearance from entering the market and affecting the user experience.The existing cleaning methods of mobile phones mainly rely on manual wiping,which takes a long time and has different cleaning effects.Other cleaning devices are mostly single product wiping,decontamination capacity is limited;The use of dust-free cloth is easy to cause secondary pollution of cloth scraps,and the material can not be recycled,and the cost is high.The existing detection methods have manual visual inspection,which is easy to be affected by subjective factors and cannot achieve unified standards.Other automatic detection devices are mostly single product detection,cost investment is relatively large.This topic is based on the actual needs of customers,the appearance of the recycled second-hand mobile phone on the market for cleaning and detection.Through the preliminary market research and analysis,combined with the types of dirt and defects existing in the appearance of mobile phones,an online mobile phone appearance cleaning and inspection equipment that meets the needs of multiple models has been researched and developed.The equipment can be used for cleaning and testing mobile phones of different brands,colors and sizes,which expands the application range of the equipment and reduces the cost input of the factory.The front end of the system is a cleaning device,which is mainly used to clean up the dirt on the surface of the mobile phone and eliminate the interference of dirt factors.The back end is the testing equipment,which mainly completes the detection of mobile phone appearance defects,automatically classifies and grades the defects,and customers handle the defects according to the corresponding defect categories and locations to ensure the appearance quality of the products.In view of the research and development of cleaning equipment,in order to achieve better cleaning effect,this topic put forward a new cleaning process to complete the mobile phone frame,back and front cleaning.First in the clean place evenly sprayed with a certain amount of cleaning fluid,and then through the high-speed rotation of the surface of the nano hair brush to wash the mobile phone,then wipe the surface using PVA sponge spin residual dirt,cleaning fluid and finally by silica gel roller on the surface of high speed rolling repeatedly,with the aid of high viscosity of roller will be little to remove the residual dirt and stains,complete the whole mobile phone looks clean.PVA sponges and silicone rollers with dirt remove surface dirt through an ultrasonic system to prepare for the next cleaning process and ensure continuity of the cleaning process.The detection process of testing equipment is divided into three steps: front detection,back detection and middle frame detection.The high precision linear motor is used to transmit the product,the front and back linear array cameras and the middle frame linear array cameras are used to collect the image,and the image is preprocessed to obtain the input image with obvious features and good denoising effect.After template matching,the defect features in the product were obtained through edge extraction and BLOB analysis,and the appearance defects such as scratches,cracks,heterochromology,missing,deformation and black spots were detected.Through the above process means and technical methods,the appearance cleaning and testing equipment for multiple models of mobile phones has been successfully developed.The problems affecting the cleaning effect found in the later debugging stage,such as the brushing effect,the drainage effect of PVA sponge,the removal effect of dirt on the surface of silicone roller,the surface drying and other problems,have been optimized and improved.Make it more effective and stable to complete the appearance of mobile phone cleaning.Optimized the installation consistency and algorithm of the light source camera of the detection equipment,and completed the detection of the appearance defects of the mobile phone more quickly,stably and accurately.The research and development of this equipment meets the actual needs of the factory and conforms to the future development direction.
