Scheduling And Controlling Research Of BQ Group Financial Manage System Project

The integration of financial business and management is the main trend for the enterpriseinformation management, that is, to maximize data sharing through co centralizing financial,business and management information into one database to control the economic work inreal-time, and to develop the accounting control and management functions. As BQ Grouphas so many subsidiary corporations in different areas, both the cost and difficulty of itsfinancial management have been increased. Therefore, the objective need to construct andimplement an effective financial management information system emerges.According to the project characteristics of the financial management information systemin EQ Group, the main factors that influence the project and problems in schedule control thatneed attention were analyzed. The necessity to use network planning technique to draw upproject process plan was brought up. On that basis, the project process plan was constructed,and the applications of WBS and critical chain were analyzed in details.The process and methods for project schedule control were elaborated in the research,feasible management countermeasures and plans were set up according to the practicalsituation of project process, and practical supporting measures to manage the project processeffectively were also brought up. Through the schedule control research of the financialmanagement information system developing project in BQ Group, theory tools includingnetwork planning technique were carried out in the project schedule management. Relatedexperiences were concluded to proved references for other projects’ implementation as well.
