The Research Of Project Schedule Management In Internet Data Center Computer Room Of Qingdao Railway Station

With the popularization of information technology, the matched project of Internet Data Center computer room is developing rapidly. The first chapter introduces the basic theory of the project schedule management mainly including the definition and key element of the project, the meaning and process of the project management, the meaning of the project schedule management, the method of drawing up project schedule plan (including the method of Activity-On-Arrow) and the theory and methods of the project schedule control. The second chapter introduces the basic information of the project of Internet Data Center computer room of Qingdao Railway Station including the features of the Internet Date Center computer room, the construction process, execution layout and an overview of the project. The overview introduces the room layout (including the area and main function of each part, etc.), the basis of engineering design and the main contents of the project. The third chapter introduces the process of drawing up the project schedule of Internet Data Center computer room of the Qingdao Railway Station in detail. It includes the project descriptions, work breakdown, responsibility allocation, work time estimate, work relations determination, the network plan drawing up, the critical path determination and the project schedule arrangement. The fourth chapter describes the inspection and monitoring process of the project schedule and the measures of the project schedule control in three parts. After drawing up the specific schedule arrangement this thesis analyzes the practical problems affected the project schedule in inspection and monitoring process and takes the appropriate actions to take the project schedule under control. This thesis takes all details in construction particularly the critical work seriously and allocates resources rationally to ensure the realization of the overall goal within the project duration.The thesis finds a set of method and strategy for schedule management through the research of the project of Internet Data Center computer room of Qingdao Railway Station. But there is much room to be improved because of the lack of experience and limit of the project. Anyway, I hope it is helpful for similar research of the project industry.
