The advent of the information age has brought opportunities and challenges fordevelopment of flood prevention work.Based on the project of Baishan-Songjianghehydropower intelligent plant, according to the project background and the applicationdemand, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the flood-control work ofSongjianghe,discusses the status and importance of Songjianghe flood-control informationmanagement system, design and implement Songjianghe flood-control informationmanagement system based on web2.0.With background of engineering problems in the Baishan-Songjianghe hydropowerintelligent plant, this paper design Songjianghe flood-control information managementsystem based on web2.0which include flood-control duty management system andflood-control materials-team management system.According to the project requirements,the system is divided into staff-materials inquiry model,staff-materials dispatchingmodel,staff-materials login model,schedule management module,schedule auditmodule,log management module, duty management model,forecast schedulingmodule,duty scheduling management module.Considering the security and confidentiality, we give the software architecture designbased Java EE framework which is divided into three layers.Extjs and Struts2are appliedto realize the presentation layer. The data persistence layer is realized reference toHibernate framework. We use Web Services to solve Data exchange problem betweenflood-control data model and WEBGIS model. We use FineReport technology to makeweb statement which can support online print, download, and saving as a variety of fileformats.According to the files of the state flood-control and the engineering requirementof Songjianghe project, we design flood-control scheduling digitizing program,buildflood-control scheduling model.We optimize the results of the WEBGIS path analysis,make it meet the engineering needs.Songjianghe flood-control information management system based on web2.0wasfounded in Songjianghe cascade dispatching center in January.2012. Until now, it workswell, and gets lots of praise.
