According to the overall flood control plan,in accordance with the reservoir's or dike' s optimization methods,the system can determine the policy,and put forward plans for flood control.Through the flood control and flood model of the evolution of the model plan for water simulation, the system' s effectiveness is evaluated.After experts analysis the system and contrast all kinds of systems,the final decision-making department take action to identify and put implementation. |
