Reservoir is flood control system is an important part of the daily especially, the flood operation directly affect the safety of the reservoir DuXun. Therefore, before each year in flood season of various reservoir uploaded collect basic information, safety reinforcement information, become guarantee safe operation of one of the measures reservoir. However, due to the regional differences and the management pattern of different, reservoir flood information collection is not standard, the provision of optional sex is great; All data storage formats and data structure is not standard, cause data from lower unit gathers in higher level units process more time-consuming, submit the effect is not ideal. According to this problem, the subject puts forward to want to regulate reservoir information collection content, definite information collection process, develop a set of advanced, practical, easy to set data entry, audit, reporting, consolidate, and inquires the analysis as one of the major reservoir flood data management system, to ensure that the reservoir flood information reported the timeliness, safety and availability.This thesis mainly make the following several aspects of work:1.It surveys and research large-scale reservoir flood control data across the country, involving scope, format characteristics, confidentiality requirements, reporting channels and the status, and it analyzes the needs of national large-scale reservoir flood control data report step by step.2.Follow the stratification of ideas, for overall design, and from large reservoir flood data management business needs, encapsulation drawn into common parts business components, facilitate other system multiplexing.3.WEBGIS technology is studied further, this paper selects based GIS platform, and it achieves the information monitoring, reservoir location, information query, thematic analysis and other functions.4.ExtJS technology is studied further, focusing on Ext components, and the use of table, tree, form and other components in order to achieve the data illustration, data validation, form editing and other functions.5.Combined with the requirement analysis results and related software specifications to realize the data entry, data review and module detailed design.6. Combined with this system project construction characteristics to write test methods.Large-scale reservoir flood control data management system construction meet the current needs, with the system put into use, more and more sophisticated business needs will continue to be proposed. The database management system which meets the data collection, data review, data reporting, data collection, data analysis will become a new development opportunity. And its mature business application model will provide reference for other types of data collection, reporting, consolidation and analysis. The packaged business components will also reflect its practical value and spread value better.
